Terms of Service

Use of the Service

The Service is provided to authorized users of participating food-service operations. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of your organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify your administrator promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are provisioned and managed by your organization's administrators.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data or accounts that do not belong to you;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; or
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equilibrium Software Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Fees, Deposit and Billing

• An organization that signs up pays a $99 refundable deposit by credit or debit card before it can set up its account. The deposit is refunded when the organization closes its account in good standing, or applied to its final bill. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
• Each month, shortly after the 1st, the card on file is charged for the meals ordered the month before, at the published per-meal rates: each meal is charged the rate for its tier, and a month is charged at least the published monthly minimum. A meal is one order placed, including late plates, missed plates and non-member orders. The charges continue until the organization cancels.
• When billing starts partway through a month, that month's minimum is pro-rated to the days billed, to the nearest dollar. A month that comes to less than $0.50 is not charged.
• To cancel, an Owner or Admin uses Close This Account on the organization's Billing tab. The account closes at the end of that month: its final bill is charged as usual, with the deposit applied to it and the rest refunded, and no further monthly charges are made after it. The organization's records are kept. Anyone who can't sign in can email support@mealflowgo.com instead.
• If a monthly payment fails, the organization has 3 days to update its payment method and make the payment. After that, its services are disabled until the payment is made.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
